Abstract
⺠We study thermoelectric properties of one-dimensional (1D) graphene antidot arrays. ⺠Thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT) of 1D antidot arrays can exceed unity. ⺠ZT of 1D antidot arrays is larger than that of two-dimensional arrays.
