Abstract
⺠PrFeO3 thin films were grow by Pulse Laser Deposition on LaAlO3 substrate. ⺠These films are having Orthorhombic structure (Space group Pbnm) with (001) orientation. ⺠These films were irradiated with Ag15+ ion having 200 MeV with different fluences. ⺠Different properties studied are fluence dependent. ⺠Strain and disorder are considered the main reason for the observed behavior.
