Abstract
► Presence of deep traps in Al2O3:C was indirectly verified via one powerful transfer mechanism. ► TAPT-OSL signal of Al2O3:C exhibits interesting properties towards dosimetry of large doses. ► Basic luminescence features of Al2O3:C samples with double peak structures are presented.
