Abstract
Simplified procedures for the automated synthesis of [11C]choline and [18F]fluoromethylcholine using TracerLab FXC-Pro and TracerLab FXFN synthesis modules are presented. In addition, we report a convenient HPLC ion chromatography method, which can monitor residual precursor and radiochemical purity of the product at the same time.
