Abstract
⺠We consider the near-grazing dynamics for vibro-impact systems. ⺠We study the existence of a non-hyperbolic homoclinic point of a periodic solution. ⺠We describe a new mathematical model of dynamics for vibro-impact systems. ⺠A new type of robust chaotic dynamic is introduced for strongly nonlinear systems.
