Abstract
⺠We summarized details of 11 commonly employed transgenic mice models, including APP, tau, double-cross transgenic mice and triple- cross transgenic mice. ⺠One hundred and forty-six substances from 11 mouse models have been collected identified by data mining of the PubMed database from 2001 to 2011. ⺠Transgenic mice models played key roles in preclinical trials and can be used for developing into the mechanism of Alzheimer's disease.
