Abstract
⺠Interventions on improving the QoL of long-term care (LTC)-residents are limited. ⺠The included studies mostly concerned healthy lifestyle- and psychological programs. ⺠The methodology of the included intervention studies was poor in quality. ⺠No systematic effect on QoL was found. ⺠QoL is a multidimensional concept, however most of the interventions did not consider this.
