Abstract
⺠Autophagy modulation through dietary polyphenols. ⺠Health advantages from polyphenol consumption may be connected to autophagy. ⺠Effects of resveratrol on healthy ageing and the possible connection to autophagy. ⺠Catechin, quercetin and curcumin favour healthy ageing and induce autophagy. ⺠Could a polyphenol rich diet mimic the positive effect of CR on ageing via autophagy?.
