Abstract
⺠The role of TGIF in the progression of UC was studied. ⺠AKT1 overexpression promotes cellular Nox2/p67phox activation and invasive ability. ⺠TGIF induces superoxide generation from Nox2/p67phox via the PI3K/AKT pathway. ⺠TGIF-induced superoxide generation enhances migration/invasion ability of UC cells.
