Abstract
► 4-(2-Cyclohexylethoxy) aniline (IM3829) inhibits expression of Nrf2 mRNA. ► Suppression of Nrf2 by IM3829 accumulates ionizing radiation-induced reactive oxygen species. ► IM3829 enhances radiosensitivity of non-small-cell lung cancer cells. ► IM3829 could potentially act as an effective adjuvant for radiotherapy.
