Abstract
⺠We investigate the mechanism of the expression of GST P1 in Caco-2 cells. ⺠We report that GST P1 expression correlates with the increased expression of CDX2. ⺠We show that CDX2 recognizes and binds to the putative consensus CDX-binding element.
