Abstract
⺠First report to assess the role of Nrf2 in activities of tocopherols in mice. ⺠The anti-inflammatory activities of tocopherols in mice are independent of Nrf2. ⺠The study also suggests that Nrf2 knock-out affects tocopherol metabolism.
