Abstract
												⺠Nox5 activity and expression are increased in IFNγ-exposed human aortic SMCs. ⺠NF-kB, AP-1, and STAT1/STAT3 regulate Nox5 promoter, Nox5 message, and protein. ⺠Free radicals generated by up-regulated Nox5 may contribute to vascular dysfunction.
