Abstract
⺠EUK-134 reduces oxidative stress in the mdx diaphragm. ⺠EUK-134 reduces muscle damage in the mdx diaphragm. ⺠EUK-134 attenuates elevation of inflammatory cell invasion in the mdx diaphragm. ⺠EUK-134 attenuates NF-κB activity and p65 subunit protein levels in the mdx diaphragm. ⺠EUK-134 provides partial protection against suppressed diaphragm contractility.
