Abstract
⺠Parkinson disease involves dopamine- and mitochondria-mediated oxidative stress. ⺠Oxidative stress induced by environmental toxins is linked to sporadic parkinsonism. ⺠Amphetamine neurotoxicity has similarities with Parkinson disease pathophysiology.
