Abstract
⺠An association between CYP2D6 gene and Parkinson's disease (PD) is well known. ⺠Cyp2d22 is a mouse ortholog of human CYP2D6. ⺠Cyp2d22 neuroprotects against maneb- and paraquat (pesticides)-induced PD phenotype. ⺠Resveratrol inflects Cyp2d22-mediated neuroprotection.
