Abstract
⺠Cigarette smoke extract (CSE) activates c-Src in H358 cells. ⺠CSE-activated Src causes epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). ⺠N-acetylcysteine inhibits CSE-induced Src activation and EMT. ⺠The Src kinase inhibitor PP2 also inhibits CSE-induced Src activation and EMT.
