Abstract
► Cigarette smoke extract (CSE) activates c-Src in H358 cells. ► CSE-activated Src causes epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). ► N-acetylcysteine inhibits CSE-induced Src activation and EMT. ► The Src kinase inhibitor PP2 also inhibits CSE-induced Src activation and EMT.
