Abstract
⺠Interplay of tumor suppressor gene pathways and reactive oxygen species summarized. ⺠Cellular levels of p53 determine its pro-oxidant and/or antioxidant functions. ⺠Reactive oxygen species link FoxO to the RB pathway in haematopoietic system. ⺠FoxO has the ability to regulate and to be regulated by reactive oxygen species. ⺠BRCA1 and BRCA2 are involved in protection against oxidative stress.
