Abstract
⺠L-012, a highly-sensitive chemiluminescence probe, can be used to monitor localized inflammation responses in vivo. ⺠There are good correlations between chemiluminescent signals and histology observations. ⺠L-012 chemiluminescence can be employed to quantify localized inflammatory reactions. ⺠This imaging method would greatly reduce the numbers of animals needed for inflammation research.
