Abstract
⺠Proteomics of the oxidative stress response of human myoblasts have been performed. ⺠Differentially expressed proteins as well as oxidized proteins have been identified. ⺠Skeletal and muscular disorders were the main cellular networks altered. ⺠However, data mining revealed distinct proteins at the central nodes. ⺠This study underscores the importance of looking at different aspects of the proteome.
