Abstract
cerebellar cTBS improved STDT values in PD patients exclusively in OFF condition. We hypothesize that cerebellar stimulation partially compensates for increased STDT values only when patients are OFF dopaminergic therapy. This suggests that the cerebellum may act as compensatory system in PD.
