Abstract
Our findings suggest that polymorphisms in COMT and MAO-B may increase the risk of wearing-off and dyskinesias. COMT (GG) genotype may be the risk factor of wearing-off. While MAO-B (AG) genotype may be the risk factor of dyskinesias.
