Abstract
⺠A novel sensitive LC-MS/MS screening assay for palytoxin and related compounds. ⺠Monitors substructures generated by periodate oxidation. ⺠Oxidation step combined with SPE sample concentration and cleanup. ⺠Able to be used on marine microalgae cultures, shellfish and fish flesh.
