Abstract
⺠At first, oral LD10 and LD50 of okadaic acid and azaspiracid-1 were determined in mice. ⺠Pathological effects were restricted to the gastrointestinal tract. ⺠No enhanced toxicity of combined oral exposure to OA and AZA1 was seen.
