Abstract
⺠A rapid and sensitive CE-EIA with EC detection method is established for the determination of domoic acid. ⺠The method is applied to analysis of domoic acid in shellfish and the results were consistent with that of ELISA. ⺠The sensitivity is 16 times greater than that of commercial ELISA check kit.
