Abstract
⺠This is the first report on human ScFv that neutralizes TTX ion channel activity. ⺠The human ScFv rescued TTX intoxicated mice from lethality. ⺠Molecular mechanisms of the human ScFv in TTX neutralization were revealed. ⺠The human ScFv warrants developing further as anti-TTX remedy.
