Abstract
⺠A whole IgG and an F(abâ²)2 antivenoms were compared in a randomized clinical trial. ⺠Both antivenoms were similarly effective in halting manifestations of envenoming. ⺠There were no differences in the incidence of early adverse reactions to antivenoms.
