Abstract
⺠A novel anti-fumonisin B1 monoclonal antibody was produced using different immunogens. ⺠A rapid and sensitive icELISA was developed for the detection of fumonisin B1 in maize. ⺠The icELISA was preliminary validated by the LC-MS/MS method.
