Abstract
► Trimeresurus gracilis venom PLAs have been studied at both the proteomic and transcriptomic levels. ► Tgc-E6 inhibits human platelet aggregation induced by ADP more effectively than that induced by collagen. ► T. gracilis and Ovophis okinavensis venom K49-PLAs are 94% identical and share unusual mutations which lower their pI values.
