Abstract
⺠We described epidemiological, clinical and therapeutic features of scorpion stings in the North of Mali (Sahara Desert). ⺠The annual incidence was 276 cases/100 000 population/year. ⺠The death rate was (3.9%). ⺠The medical treatment was only symptomatic. ⺠The scorpion stings are common in the north of Mali and are a significant threat to human health.
