Abstract
► We described epidemiological, clinical and therapeutic features of scorpion stings in the North of Mali (Sahara Desert). ► The annual incidence was 276 cases/100 000 population/year. ► The death rate was (3.9%). ► The medical treatment was only symptomatic. ► The scorpion stings are common in the north of Mali and are a significant threat to human health.
