Abstract
⺠A novel formulation of botulinum neurotoxin is described. ⺠Muscle force generation and voluntary running distance in mice are used. ⺠Novel formulation RT002 exhibits reduced diffusion allowing for higher dose. ⺠RT002 exhibits increased duration of action and reduced systemic toxicity.
