Abstract
⺠The mitochondrial genome of dwarf blue sheep (Pseudois schaeferi) was sequenced. ⺠The Ï ratio of four mitochondrial complexes were calculated. âº Ï value (0.609) of blue sheep was higher than that of dwarf blue sheep (0.046). ⺠The body size difference may result in the adaptive mutation in ATP synthase.
