Abstract
⺠We revealed a new mechanism of SHH-GLI1 signaling in PDAC drug resistance. ⺠TAP1 (ABCB2) gene expression has a positive correlation with SHH expression. ⺠Expression of TAP1 gene changes the tumor sensitivity to gemcitabine. ⺠Targeting SHH-GLI1 has synergistic anti-tumor effect with routine chemotherapy.
