Abstract
► H19 levels are increased in bladder cancer tissues. ► Upregulated H19 promotes bladder cancer cell migration. ► H19 is associated with EZH2, and that this association results in Wnt/β-catenin activation. ► Wnt activation reduces E-cad expression and increases cancer metastasis.
