Abstract
⺠ECM proteins modified the growth and differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells. ⺠Collagen type I, fibronectin and vitronectin treated plates enhanced mineralization. ⺠Relative up-regulation of ALP gene (ALPL) expression seen on these plates. ⺠High ALPL, RUNX2, OPN, IBSP expressions and early mineralization on collagen type I plate. ⺠The vitronectin treated plate showed the highest amount of calcium in the mineral matrix.
