Abstract
⺠We created a synchronized DNA plasmid set of all 19 human Wnts. ⺠Eighteen out of nineteen Wnts require PORCN-mediated palmitoylation to signal properly. ⺠All tested Wnts require WLS to signal through the β-catenin-dependent pathway. ⺠Fourteen of nineteen Wnts can activate β-catenin-dependent signaling. ⺠Wnts display significant variation in their stability, processing and secretion.
