Abstract
⺠The fastest and easiest method for in vitro pancreatic β-cell production using three different adult stem cells within a week. ⺠Significantly greater amounts of C-peptide and insulin were released from differentiated cells than from undifferentiated cells. ⺠This efficient differentiation method can give expandable and transplantable amounts of insulin-producing cells from adult stem cells for the patients.
