Abstract
⺠We established a novel method for induction of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from mouse ES cells. ⺠MSCs were sorted by CD105 as a particular cell surface marker through adipogenesis of ES cells. ⺠MSCs showed high differentiation potential for mesenchymal cell types including skeletal muscles. ⺠MSCs had notable telomerase activity and low pluripotency with no teratoma formation in vivo.
