Abstract
A controllable FFSS and topology system for SMCs mimicking human blood vessels was built in vitro, and was used to investigate the effect of FFSS with different directions on the patterned SMCs which were the major component of the vascular middle membrane, but also the culprit of atherosclerosis, due to distinct cell phenotypes.131
