Abstract
⺠Primary and immortalized endothelial cultures were established from mice capillaries. ⺠Monoclonal cell lines were obtained and compared to primary cultured cells. ⺠Monoclonal cell lines retained morphological characteristics and functional properties. ⺠This endothelial cell line can be useful in the field of microvascular research.
