Abstract
⺠rudhira-depleted endothelial cells show reduced tube formation due to slow and random cell migration. ⺠Rudhira re-localizes towards the leading edge and promotes cell migration in endothelial and other cell types. ⺠During cell migration Rudhira regulates Cdc42 activation and recruitment, controls actin reorganization and cell polarity. ⺠Rudhira is a novel cytoskeletal protein that interacts with microtubules and intermediate filaments.
