Abstract
⺠Lumican secretion leads to actin remodeling in colon cancer cells. ⺠Overexpression of lumican in colon cancer cells leads to their increased migration. ⺠Overexpression of lumican in colon cancer cells leads to increased gelsolin level. ⺠Increased colon cancer cells migration is related to the gelsolin activity.
