Abstract
This study indicates that bi-directional promoter-controlled Ad5F35 vector, such as Ad5F35-ÎLNGFR-BiDp, can be particularly useful for manipulation of myeloid progenitor cells and potentially in myeloid lineage leukemic cells as well.
