Abstract
⺠MAGP2 can exist extracellularly in a cleaved or uncleaved state. ⺠MAGP2 cleavage is mediated by proprotein convertases. ⺠The MAGP2 proprotein convertase consensus site is highly conserved. ⺠MAGP2 secretion is independent of cleavage.
