Abstract
⺠Sulfatases play an important role in alveolar formation and lung function. ⺠We identified that over accumulation of sulfated glycosaminoglycans leads to upregulation of TGFβ signaling. ⺠Anti-TGFβ therapy leads to normal lung development and function in Sumf1â/â mice.
