Abstract
⺠Endometrial cancer (EC) development is partially mediated by sex steroid pathways. ⺠Alterations in inflammatory responses may also play a pivotal role. ⺠Primary EC cell cultures in epithelial and stromal fractions were prepared. ⺠CSF-1, GM-CSF, G-CSF, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8, and VEGF assayed using ELISA. ⺠High production rates CSF-1, TNF-α, and IL-6 correlated with low survival rates.
