Abstract
⺠Without certainty on the functionality of an drug target clinical studies should not be started. ⺠We need to try to predict Drug-Registration in the earliest clinical studies. ⺠The most important biomarker is the patient selection biomarker. ⺠Get the pharmacology right before moving on. ⺠Choices on drug combinations should be based on biological rationales.
