Abstract
⺠Predictive biomarkers are highly important for personalization in radiation oncology. ⺠Hypoxia is one of the best investigated biomarkers for hypoxia-specific approaches. ⺠Other promising markers include PET, DNA repair and stem cell markers. ⺠markers for combined molecular targeting approaches have to be established.
