Abstract
												N-[11C]-methyl-hydroxyfasudil is able to measure increased Rho kinase activity via specific binding in hypertrophied cardiomyocytes and demonstrates the potential for molecular imaging of altered Rho kinase activity in diseases such as cardiac hypertrophy.
