Abstract
This work demonstrates that the low-energy, compact accelerator system under development by Siemens would be capable of providing sufficient quantities of 89Zr, 64Cu, and 103Pd for use in medical diagnostics and therapy. It is suggested that the system could be used to produce many other isotopes currently useful to nuclear medicine.
